Welcome to the Village at Cooks Farm

The Village at Cooks Farm is a condominium community of 55 single-family homes built between 2016 and 2020.  Twenty acres of former farmland and a portion of a golf course have been transformed into a New England village of unique homes derived from 6 different concept styles of varying sizes.  Homeowners have customized the home styles to fit their individual tastes and needs, but high-end quality finishes are a common theme throughout the neighborhood.  Each home has a two car garage facing an “alley,” and the homes were designed with privacy in mind by including customized courtyards for exclusive homeowner use.  First floor master bedrooms, finished basements, front or side porches, sunrooms, built-in cabinetry, open lofts, car lifts, elevators and generators are options which were selected by many in the building process.
